Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Goodwill provides all active, full-time, benefit eligible team members with Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. The benefit amount is dependent upon your position at Goodwill. This benefit is paid for 100% by Goodwill!

If you would like to purchase additional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage - known as voluntary Life coverage - you can choose this benefit for yourself and your dependents. The cost of this voluntary benefit is based on your age, who you purchase the coverage for and the amount of insurance you purchase. If you are currently enrolled in voluntary life insurance, your current benefit amount will automatically renew with UNUM. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase up to the guaranteed issue amount during this open enrollment period, even if you were not previously enrolled!
